All rates shown are quoted in the euro but we do accept all
major currencies, please check before booking on the exchange rates on other currency.
Also the rates are shown on a per weekly basis, and the minimum stay period is a week,
extra days or stays will incur the rate per week plus an additional 20 Euros per person.
Although there is a 15% reduction price for 10 days or more.
If less than 4 people are staying the villa then a cheaper rate will
be applied, contact us for more information and booking terms.
Deposit to ensure your place is: 20% not refundable.
Security Deposit (refundable): €120
Outstanding balance: Paid on first day in full.
The rent is based on a seasonal rates:
Spring : €475
Summer : €630
Autumn : €425
Winter : €350
In the event of a cancelled booking and a deposit has been paid, an alternative booking date will be found
as soon as possible, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.
No pets are allowed, and smoking is not permitted in any part of the villa.
