A refurbished house that was originally a cottage has been furnished with a high standard in modern design, a large ground floor with a couple of leather sofas and a fireplace for those warm cosy evenings.

DVD’s are available to watch on the home cinema system in the lounge with seating space for 6 people. On the ground floor is the kitchen fitted with modern appliances and new work surfaces, and the dining table seats up to 5 people. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a full sized bath and wash facilities, while on the first level the master bedroom has en-suite with shower room.

The swimming outside is private and is also heated so you can relax, there are enough sun lounger beds to go around the pool terrace and shade areas. This will enhance the view of the local mountains and hills surrounding the villa.

Bedrooms: 2
Bedroom 1 can sleep 2 people in a double bed, en-suite compliments the room.
Bedroom 2 can sleep up to 3 people, 2 single beds and 1 double occupy the room.

Bathrooms: 2 Apart from the en-suite there is another bathroom on the first floor with a shower, bath and toilet, the other is on the ground floor.

Kitchen and Dining Room:
toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, crockery & cutlery provided, table and chairs.

Solar power heating for hot water.
